Why aren't past purchases showing up in my account?

You may have created multiple accounts over the years. If this is the case, let us know and we will merge them for you.

If you are looking for a purchase from three years ago or more, it was not transferred to your account when we updated our website. If you can provide us with an email of proof of purchase or other confirmation of your order, we would be glad to add those resources to your account.
