Defective digital files

Any defective digital files will be replaced. Contact our Customer Care Representative either by email (, or by phone: 917-206-1422. If leaving a message, please include name, order number, phone number, and a brief description of the problem. Calls will be returned within regular business hours, Monday – Friday (except holidays).

Refunds will be made in the same payment form as received. Shipping costs are not refundable.
